NC Eric Peddie, who dominated the KBO League, visited the 2023 Shinhan Bank SOL KBO Awards Ceremony held at the Grand Ballroom of the Westin Chosun Hotel in Seoul on the 27th.

He is the fourth player to win the triple crown (ERA, most wins, strikeouts), following Dong-yeol Dong-yeol (1986, 1989-1991), Hyun-jin Ryu (2006), and Seok-min Yoon (2011). This is the first record for a foreign player.
He was also selected as the inaugural winner of the KBO defensive emergency pitcher category, which was newly established this year.
The MVP was naturally his. He received overwhelming support with 102 out of 111 votes cast by reporters. The vote rate was 91.9%.

After finishing the awards ceremony, Peddie returned to the United States on the 28th. Now, the focus is on whether Peddie can continue to be seen in the KBO League.
With love calls pouring in from the American Major League as well as Japanese professional baseball, Peddie said about the possibility of renewing his contract with NC, "I plan to talk with NC first and then with other teams.
