Ahead of this tournament, which is being held to break down the wall between elite and club basketball and give dreams and hope to youth across the country who love basketball, Gapyeong-gun has operated a perfect heating facility at the Han Seokbong Gymnasium, where the tournament will be held, for young aspiring basketball players, and each team can move around.
